Just did the conversion. was uber easy. jumped from 12 to 16 gears. Its pretty badass. Now I have a cassette instead of the screw on deal. got this aluminum aero type wheel from craigslist. Worked out good. not many spokes, but they are thicker. need a tube with a longer valve stem so no riding till tomorrow to see if I break it.-David
