19" KH wheelset available?

ring up UDC and see if they can do ya one, UDC are normally very good
and accomidating.

They have them at bedford unicycles but they are over priced and

You can get the freeride rim (19"😉 plus the hub+cranks from UDC (UDCnz
would probably be your best bet) and get your LBS to build it for you.
