hello, i am new, and my actual reason for registering with the forum is because of a sparked interest in cycling and environmentally responsible transportation. recently i have taken a liking to vintage touring type bikes and my dad actually had an old viscount from his riding day's packed away in the garage, and i plan on restoring it and getting into mint riding condition. so with that being said any helpful parts lists or check lists would be helpful. also maybe some newer parts i could throw on to lighten it up a bit and throw a little better technology in the mix would be nice to be aware of. thanks! :D

The Lambert-Viscount was a sporty but short-lived marque whose claim to fame was an innovative but failure-prone aluminum fork. Until I saw the photos at this link, I never knew why. http://www.classicrendezvous.com/British_isles/Lambert/Lambert_fork.html
