I've been offered excellent deals on both frames and cant decide which to choose. Opinions please.

The Look but which one fits you the best, IMO. Look has a much longer history of making carbon frames and do it quite well, IMO. Cervelo, altho nice and big vis in the TdF, is a new comer.
