I think most people just ignore any drivetrain losses using the PT, as well as any losses/gains due to altitude, weather, mood, etc. You just post what you did or extrapolated from other valid data. This isn't meant to be scientific. My 266 W indoors can't possibly be compared to someone's 55 min 40 TT outdoors.donm said:Sorry if this has already been posted, but are most of these numbers based on SRM, PT or a mixture of the two? Is there any adjustment applied to PT numbers to compensate for drivetrain losses, or do you just ignore it?
Thanks,
Don
Up 10 watts, down a kilo. So, not a huge improvement over the past month, but I'm pretty happy with it, considering my horrific training schedule and less than perfect diet, due to finals and end of the year stress. About that, but unusual circumstances you might say. Sure won't see those sort of relative gains from here on!!frost said:Could say nice work Alex. What is it, 100% improvement in one year ?
