2009 Giro : Stage 20 : sat 30th : Napoli - Anagni : 203kms

looks fairly easy but the small climb to the finish could be important. The time gaps at the end shouldnt be that much but the bonus seconds could be vital if the top of the GC is close.

In theory a break should go away today. However I'd like to suggest an alternative. With only a TT left tomorrow LPR have nothing to loose by going all out to keep the race under control and deliver DDL to the stage win. If he takes the stage (fairly good odds) and Menchov doesn't get any bonus seconds (also fairly good odds as he can't sprint) then DDL goes into tomorrows time trial in pink. He'll still loose over all but he'll get to wear pink for one more day and the final gap is much closer. It also increases the odds of something freakish happening and DDL actually winning. So I'm going to predict DDL for the stage win, Garzelli second, Pellizotti third.
