I have a 200k road race comming up in four weeks.
I commute each day to work around 20-40ks each way depending on the route and race weekends with the local vets(around 45ks).
Over the last two months I have started doing some longer distance(100-120k) rides and plan to do a couple of rides of around 150ks in the next two weeks. Any thoughts or hints ???
