I'm selling a pair of Fulcrum Racing 4 Wheels front and rear that came with 2012 Specialized Turbo Elite Tires.
They came stock on a New Specialized Tarmac Expert SL3 bike that I bought in October 2012.
They are still under Fulcrums full warranty and I can provide a copy of the bill if needed.
They are LIKE NEW! I took it for a spin around the block outside the store before purchasing it to ensure all was well!
