2013 40k mile challenge for clydes



I've lost 10lbs so far and am now down to 203.5 on an empty stomach. Soon I won't be a clyde anymore. :( My race weight last season was 194lbs. Ideally, I'd like to be 185lbs.
 
788.82 + 87.4 = 876.22

I've been on the road for work all month long. I managed to rent a bike and get a few miles in last weekend, and got in a short ride while I was home. Back to Sacramento tomorrow... I may have to resort to the recumbent bike in my hotel gym..

901.24 + 20.77 = 922.01

Afternoon ride.
 
922.01 + 50 (road) + 132 (trainer) = 1104.01

That includes a cold 12 miles riding snomobile trails today.

Yep, I hate my vented shoes when its cold
