    please only answer this if you ride 250 miles a week or more. Yes, time in the saddle greatly changes the way you feel about your shorts!

    Have you ever heard that people that talk about others in negative ways actually end up saying more about themselves. I am not here to call people names or to get called names. What is with this attitude? Very sad........I hope you learn how to find real happiness someday. Really, because this is just sad.

    I find that I don't like thickly padded shorts on long rides. The pad will almost always bunch up and will also retain too much heat. Last year for a lot of my long riding (including a brevet series of 200km, 300km, 400km, 600km, and 1200km) I wore a pair if Insport shorts that have a thin terry cloth pad. But these shorts are old (10 years?) and the Lycra is shot. I have not been able to find them for sale anywhere. So I am currently using triathlon shorts. They are cut a bit shorter than cycling shorts but that doesn't seem to matter.
