Hoping y'all can fill me in here since it's been while that I've
competed. Anyway I heard that using 26" front wheels is illegal when
using with 700c rear wheels for road time trials but I'm curious if that
rule applies to timed track events? I've looked over uscycling.org
website and didn't see the specific rule could use some input from
people in the know.
