28mm Tires and Deep V rims

Shouldn't be a problem. The real question is if this tire is truly "28mm
wide", will it fit under your frame and fork, especially if you have a
carbon fork.....

And whether it'll hit the chainstays when you pop a spoke and the rim
goes out of true. (Of course, with a minimal-spoke wheel, this can
happen with any size of tire.)
