2ND PEAK rebuild

    I had some A races last month and did not realy peak for some reason. I am pretty sure I lost some fitness during June. I am not sure what the coach I had at the time did to me but I would like to figure out how to come back around for some more important races in late July? Does anyone have an idea what workouts to do to rebiuld for a couple weeks or so?

    Go to your local bookstore look up Joe Friel's "Cyclists Training Bible" (or something like that). There's a great chapter near the end listing workouts based on build-peak-race schedules. These are also linked to weekly schedules described in a previous chapter. Hope this helps. Good luck.
