I'm looking for a road bar with the longest possible 31.8mm centre bulge, to make room for lights inboard of my cyclo cross levers. I want to avoid having to use an auxiliary accessory bracket. I like the look of Oval R700 and Ritchey WCS, both have tight corners at the top to maximise hand room on the tops, but other good quality aluminium bars like Deda Newton anatomic or Easton EA70 Ergo could be in the running. If anybody has any of these bars in front of them and can measure the width to the point where the bulge starts to taper down, it would be appreciated.
