I have a 32 hole PowerTap 2.4 SL hub and would like to lace it up to a clincher 50 mm carbon wheel if possible. Are there any options out there?

Edge rims...38mm, 68mm

http://www.edgecomposites.com

have rims only..about $800(ouch!).

Zipp also altho they(clinchers) are aluminum rims with carbon and not the most robust rim to build.

I didn't see anything on Corima, Edge or Token's site with 32 hole. I did see one that had 28 hole but nothing more. Did I miss something?

Give Edge a call. I think they will custom drill rims...

Yes you did :) I recognize, though, that the Corima site is quite "cryptical", and you must contact your USA dealer to know more.

Anyway there's no problem: Corima, for sure, *creates* aero rims (tub/clincher) with 32 holes. This is the site of the italian importer with detailed info about these rims:

The "Aero 22 holes" rim is very interesting: a friend of mine recovered a pair of hubs coming from a pair of Campagnolo Neutron, damaged in a car crash. These hubs are "Record-class hubs" with 22/24 holes... thus he created, along with a pair of Corima Aero rims and some DT cx-ray spokes, his (cheap) "Bora-like" wheelset :D
