Depends. What do you want in a bicycle? What's your intended use? What kind of condition is the 35 y.o. bike in, and what parts are on it? Any pics?

I intend to ride it 1/8 mile to the mailbox, 1/4 mile to the convenience store and occasionally get on it and ride as hard...and fast....and as far as I can to relieve built up stress and frustration from my job.

Never mind.....I looked at them both and ordered a Scott speedster from Jensenusa.
