650B size rims and tyres required

I can't find this stuff anywhere and I'm due to pick up an old French
touring bike in this size in the summer so if anyone has something that
would fit, please get in touch! This is the 584 ETRO size that's
between a 26-inch mountain bike wheel and 700c.
