650c carbon fork 1-inch threadless

Hi! I'm new here. I need a hard-to-find component. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for a carbon fork for a bike with 650c wheels. 1-inch threadless steerer. Don't bother Googling it. I've been up & down that road. I found a new one from Easton that is out of my price range. My cap is $150. Have one? Know of one?
