700C wheels on a 27" frame

I have some 700c tires that are labelled 28" and a 27" frame that is
now 700c. The front brake pivots needed moving and the rear spread for
the wider axle. Easy with steel.

People put 700C wheels into 'bents that used 26" so should fit. Main
hassle with 26 -> 700C is apparently brake mountings.

The brake blocks need to drop about 4mm. I did it on one of my old touring
bikes a few years back when it was getting difficult to find good quality
fat touring tyres.

So 700C is a bit smaller. I'll have to look at the brakes now.
