8-speed Dura-Ace double to triple crank

I have 8-speed Dura-Ace grouppo with Ultegra hubs. I want to switch from
double crankset to triple crankset. Which parts do I have to switch out in
addition to the crankset? I don't really care if it's 8,9 or 10 speed
frankly. I'll take whatever is available and affordable.

Peter, I can understand changing out the BB, left shifter, and front
derailleur, but why the rear derailleur? I've always thought the only
rear derailleur compatible with a Dura Ace 8-speed right shifter was
another 8-speed Dura Ace unit.

A compact double, say 49/34 with some slightly bigger cogs in back
might work for you and be a less expensive conversion.

A 9s unit, with the inner wire above rather than below the fixing bolt will
shift 8s spacing.

A long cage so to be able to do large/large w/o breaking the chain.
