'98 Schwinn Homegrown BB spindle length

I have just acquired a schwinn homegrown. I believe it is a 1998 frame,
at least that is what I am assuming by a serial number w/ the first two
numbers '98'. It is a 73mm BB shell. I am going to run a shimano FC-M572
(LX) crank and am in need of the recommended spindle length for the BB.
It appears my choices are 113, 118, or 121mm. Any help?

ps. I have an email sent to schwinn, and a call into the previous owner
but thought someone on the list may be quicker. Email search was not
helpful.

I'd say 118, since it's a 73mm shell.
