Correct. "M.D." is the _signifier_, not the degree.

Peter's weaseling hasn't worked and he is a hypocrite
who has NO medical qualifications, and defames those who
have REAL medical degrees. This is a tactics of EVIL
oganized medicine.

What is worse is the witch hunt that ends up in
court,(trying to break these good doctors finanically)
trying to stop all alternative medicine, and could care less
who is hurt in the process.
