My name is Jack, and I'm new to this group. I operate a massage office in Manchester, NH. I've been licensed for over 7 years, and the office has been open for about 3. My question to the group is regarding online gift cerificates. I had a new client bring in a giift certificate purchased through Bodyzone.com where I've had a listing for some time. I've followed the directions on getting it redeemed, but after a month I've yet to hear anything from them in response. Does anybody else here have any insight on the process? Jack, I redeemed a Bodyzone gift certificate presented by a client back in January and received prompt payment within 10 days. Call them directly is the best thing I can tell you.
