Hey guys... need a little advice from the seasoned cyclists out there. Recently I have been experiencing some pain in my right achilles tendon about 25 miles into my rides. I have been stretching more pre and post ride... but I am not sure it is helping. On rides when it kicks up, I find myself limping slightly due to soreness for about 24 hours after the ride.
I usually ride 4 days a week about 50 miles every time out... The last thing I want to do is stop riding, or back off any... I am just getting to feel strong out there
Any tips/hints/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
