Achilles tendon?

so when I ride I get pain in my achilles tendon...I posted this question before but did not get much of a response....It was also in a different forum. I don't feel like it is a bike fit problem. What could be causing the pain and enflammation? Tendon too weak? Need to build up more miles? Obviously something else that I have missed?

I sometimes get the same problem starts around the outside ball of my ankle and then up my achilles, really painful under pressure. rest up for a few days and it goes. I reckon mine could be due to when putting power down, i tend to roll my foot so that am effectively pedalling with the outside metatarsal in my foot.
