I've lurked here for a while now and just thought i'd mention a website i came across and what i thinks is a fantastic product.
http://www.cathedralcookware.co.uk/home.php sell a set of silicone baking trays and baking moulds, ther're fantastic never seen them before. Wasn't sure about them when i first tried them but there absolutly great. Need to be tried to believe. Very flexible and rubbery but can take extreme temp + and - used my tartlet one today for doing mini Yorkshire puddings and they just fall out, no sticking nothing.
