Hey all
I am an advanced beginner on my mtn bike, I've been riding a hard tail Koan blast for the past few seasons and I love it but I am starting to get into more challenging terrian. I'm thinking of getting a dual suspension. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I find it hard to "test ride" in the parking lot as it's not a true feeling for what I'll be doing in the woods....

Thanks!

Hi,
Do you have friends who have a dual suspension bike?
You could test ride theirs to see if the "feel" is there.
Regarding the brands, it also depends on your budget available.
Another source is you can check out bike reviews and see what they say.

Have a great ride,
Soon Aun.

Try to find a local W.O.M.B.A.T.S group ...

I have a 2010 Specialized Safire Elite frame with rear Fox Triad shock for sale. Green and White $400

Yeah, I'd try to find a buddy or a group of riders to test one out. There are so many and it depends on a lot to chose the right one. Height, weight, etc... A lot of it has to do with feel, so I would search out other female riders and give the local ones a shout, they should be able to help out.
