adjusting after switching from triple to double

I have shimano 105 flight deck and want to know how to adjust the way they shift after switching from a triple crank to an ultegra double crank. I've changed out the BB witha ultegra 6500 designed for a double and the front derailer is ultegra also. any advice would be appreciated.

You may want to invest another $30US for a double deraileur. The triple may not be real smooth. Make sure the deuraileur is adjusted so that it is 2mm above the teeth of your big ring, or you will have problems.

Yeah, there are adjustment screws.
