Hi can anyone please explain how to do this?
The bike two sets of brake levers, the main ones intergrated with the gears and then smaller ones on the top bar.
At present my main rear brake lever is to slack but the rear brake pads are binding on the wheel rim. The little short brakes have a small red adjuster knob but i cannot work out how it affects the brake tension. There is also a small black knob on the smaller top brake lever but it doest appear to change the tension too much.
With the brake cable slackened off fully in the rear cantilever brake how tight should i initally set the cable tension?
Does the little red knob on the short break somehow affect the main brake tension too?
Thanks for reading, any advice welcomed
