Adjusting the rear wheel

First check to see if the wheel is spinning true. If the wheel has a wobble to it, it probably means the wheel is warped. Try checking to see if you have any loose spokes. Pluck them like a guitar string. They should all have roughly the same tone. If they don't, you may need to have the wheel trued. By having the spokes tightened "properly" the wheel can be trued. This will straighten the wheel.

ya it wobbles how do it true the wheel or should i take it to my LBS??

i guess ill just take it to my LBS they said they will do it for 10 bucks

I just fixed the same problem last night. Ended up I had a spoke going. For $10 the LBS is a quick fix.

If you want to do it yourself read Sheldon Brown's wheel building article. You'll understand the fundamentals well enough to dig in and fix it if you would rather learn on your own.
