Advice a beginner

Wearing wetsuits in a pool is highly unusual, except for the
scuba diving classes. :-)

People will not be studying your anatomy, and even if they do notice a scar, so what?

Don't worry about the scars. Heck, I have a miserable little skinny body, but I don't let
that stop me!

Many of the swimmers in my pool have huge scars, usually stemming from heart surgery, knee surgury,
etc. None wear wetsuits, although one male does wear a triathlon shirt.

Still, if you'd rather cover up, www.kiefer.com has some fuller-coverage suits in their
online catalog.

And I'm on the brink of requiring a man-ziere - and that doesn't stop me either. If you have scars
on your back, just tell them you were a water polo player (I do, and I was...)
