I signed up for the Bike MS City To Shore ride which takes place on October 3 and 4, in New Jersey, the USA. I'm going to be doing the 80 miles per day, 2 day option.
I'm quite innocent and have not done a ride of this sort in many years -- not since the 1980s. Is there any advice you can give on what to expect with this ride.
