Hi guys
I've been reading the post on indoor training etc. I think Im going to buy the Kurt Kenetic trainer and a few dvds!!
Are all the dvds, both Spinervals and the Imagic dvds, you know the real life routes, compatible with the Kurt trainer? And do I need to buy a computer to read heart beats etc as I just have a cateye.
Sorry for the stupid questions, I am a newbie here!!!

I find it hard to watch movies when training at 91% FTP keeping the sweat off my bike computer display and out of my eyes seems to keep me busy enough... but streaming trance music for free on days when I need to hold the pace helps. The Kurt Kinetic Road Machine is a great fluid trainer with a leak proof design I've gained about 40 watts FTP using it this winter if you have a rear wheel mounted computer thats all you need to figure watts using speed with this formula 5.244820x + 0.019168x^3...IMO Andy's book is worth more than spinervals http://www.amazon.com/Training-Racing-Power-Meter-Hunter/dp/1931382794/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/103-3859652-9154245?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1174271865&sr=8-1
