Advice needed - Suppliments ie. tribulus terrestris, iron tablets, etc.

What's people's view on this?
i've been taking it for overa year now, and it's always given me that edge, specially towards the end, when you would normally feel drained, but it gives you that hyper kick.

I'm welcome to opinions on it, and suggestions on combinations of different suppliments (not just TTerrestris)

What's the best energy powders?

How early before the training session/race do you use them?

What performance enhancing suppliments are pushing the boundries to illegal, as i always want that edge? but not so it's illigal.

Protein powders for recovery? what dosages, how often, and what brands please?




These are various things knagging my mind, and struggle to get fairly sound answers when searching the web (because any brand of product always advertise the good points, or even...white lie about there suppliments.

a lot of that is Placebo effect, meaning its more of a psychological benefit and not a pure physiological one,
i would ask a certified physician for advice in supplements and leave my mind focused on training, mechanicals issues (like bike maintenance) and tactis in racing,
