I am currently riding on a pure steel road bike,
it's very stiff (no douby about it),
but it's heavy....
I am wondering if it's a good idea to use a carbon fork with a steel frame to reduce it's weight a bit.
Any good advice on which fork is comp with a steel frame?

Any fork with a rake that is within a few mm of what you have. An all CF fork light bars and stem can save lots of weight. You don't save much by sticking with a threaded CF fork and a steel steerer.

Save your money and buy a new bike when you save enough cash. Dont waste money upgrading a bike that really shouldn't be upgraded. Nothing you can do will soften up your ride dramaticly without spending a ton of $$$.
