So we all know Zipp is known for its quality, speed (and price!). Every wind tunnel test results that are published free of charge online like http://www.xentis.com/pics/Laufradtest_triathlon41Dezember2005.pdf (see pg 5) show a couple of wheels. But what about some of the uncommon ones like
Planet X http://www.planet-x-bikes.com/tt/index.php?module=pagemaster&PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=203
Blackwell Research http://www.blackwellresearch.com/p_wheels_tri.htm

How do these wheels perform in comparisson with other familiar brands like Xentis, Corima, Zipp, HED...? Are they uncommon because they do not match the standards of other better known wheels?

I am on the verge of buying 2 700c deep rim wheels (not disc) but before I do, I'd like to hear what YOU have to say about Planet X and Blackwell Research wheels in terms of quality, speed, life expectancy...

I am interested in buying either of the following:
1st choice: Planet X 82 front, 101 rear (US $1300)* excluding shipping
2nd choice: Blackwell 50 front, 100 rear (US $1595)* " "
or: second hand wheels (what ever you have to sell )

I appreciate your time and value your opinions and expressions.
