So I got bored and I airseated a KH Seat with the stock cover. The only
change I made to it was sewing a drawstring housing to the bottom edge
of the seat cover. With everything tucked under, it looks fairly stock.
The main reason I did this was because I wanted to see what I could do
without spending any money on anything but what I already had, and I
think it turned out pretty nicely.
In addition to the cover, I also hand fabricated a 1/8 inch steel plate
to take the place of the original 1/16 inch plate. I also tacked grade
5 bolts in place on the plate, so I won't have spinning bolts any
longer.

I taped up the metal parts of the seat so to be assured that nothing
would be punctured (it kind of looks like a duck...

I was worried that the seams on the sides of the seat would split when I
inflated it with air, so I reinforced the stitchings:

The air pillow is a tube sock that I sewed down the middle to keep the
inner tube in line and comfortable:

Side view of the cover with the drawstring cover installed (the
drawstring cover is white vinyl):

Back of the cover where the strings come out to tighten it:

Side view of the completed seat (inflated and everything):

Underside of the seat (the nuts are 1/2 inch and the bolts are 1/4 inch-
I beefed it up some):

It's fairly comfortable to ride, and I think it came out pretty well for
spending $0 and not knowing what I was doing.
Let me know what you guys think!
