Algerian Loubia

    Algerian Loubia

    1 lb. green beans 2 Tbsp. olive oil Walnuts
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    2/8 tsp. paprika Pinch cloves Pinch of cayenne 2 minced garlic cloves Salt as desired

    Steam beans until just tender. Stir fry in the olive oil: walnuts, cumin, paprika, cloves, cayenne,
    garlic, salt--about 2 minutes. Pour over beans, toss, let stand until room temperature, tossing
    occasionally.
