  1. Zwift is planning to use WHOOP data for training recommendations, meaning an algorithm might tell you to dial it back based on your sleep and recovery. I have always believed that consistent riding and actual effort matter more than chasing the latest tech trends. While data is useful, there is a big difference between a wearable's score and how your legs actually feel when you clip in.

    On the hardware side, the Ride V2 now has adjustable cranks and seatposts, and the new Watt Lock feature allows for target power during freeride. These are neat additions, but they don't replace the work required to get fit.

    Would you let automated recovery data override your planned training intensity, or do you rely on subjective feel?
