Save your money, get some wheels made for you. Dura-Ace hubs, mavic open pro rims, conventional spoking patterns... Can't go wrong. Check

agree - however go campag chorus hubs 
"old fashioned" conventional spoked wheels will save you a fortune in the long run when you break a spoke of buckle a wheel.
many of the low spoke wheels you either can't get hold of replacement rims or the spokes & replacements rims ar VERY expensive.
not much weight disadvantgae & easier to true
