Almond Bark Question

How 'bout getting both the bulk white and chocolate almond bark
covering. Melt each separately, add almonds to both, plop each flavor
in globs, side by side, then swirl with a knife for a marble effect.
That's what I'd do.

Make sure you do not forget to toast (lightly) the almonds, as I did
one time. You can leave the skin on.

As for the chocolate, it would be the easiest to some Ghiardelli
semi-sweet or bittersweet or 60% cocoa chocolate. All these come in
chips or bars and are probably the best you can get for a reasonable
price.

If you can find it, get Guittard chocolates, but you should have asked
a long time ago and should have ordered it. That is my favorite. I
was very fortunate to have received some a few of months ago and the
ones I didn't devour were much praised when I baked with them.

There is also Callebeaut, a fine choice for making bark.

I do not like Hershey or Nestle or Baker chocolates, but that might
just be my taste.

Milk Chocolate will most likely be too soft for bark. White chocolate
is not chocolate and tastes like sweet wax. :o(
