Welcome Wilfred76...is that your age? Anyway, when I'm doing my bike camping I enjoy a cup of pour over coffee myself in the morning. I chose the pour over style because the GSI Outdoors Ultralight Java Drip maker folds flat and thin, takes up virtually no space in my panniers and weighs next to nothing. I was taking a AeroPress but it was too bulky so I got the GSI. I have a little battery powered, crank powered emergency weather/AM/FM radio I take for music when hanging out at a campground, nothing fancy.
