  1. Jotted this down while watching "Journal" which is mostly German news
    on Megahertz channel
    http://www.mhznetworks.org/

Mark Warnecke age 35 won 50m Breast at the world masters. They showed
him diving in and swimming and he looked like an elite master swimmer,
except that he wasn't wearing goggles.

He said that he had quit his job as a "hospital doctor" in Germany to
sell his AM Formula, a powder which he claims helped him lose 18 kilos,
    and keep it off.

    Cost: 38 euros per week

    Anyone familiar with this guy?

  2. Yeah - he's been around a while:
    http://www.fina.org/bios/archives/bio_Warnecke.html . Also of note :

    Are you kidding?
    Mark Warnecke is really impressive.
He won the 50m breast gold Medal in Montreal at age 35. Not the "world
masters" as you mention, the real World Championship!
That makes him one of ther oldest world champs.
Everybody talked about him in Germany.
He is a doctor, and could make this incredible come back at the highest
level through very special training and diet, which he now sells.

  4. I am a big fan of Mark Warnecke, in fact it is
him that has driven me on to come back into swimming since last
year. I am fortunate not to have to have him in my age group
    *grins**** :ö)))))))

I tried the AM Formula. To be honest I didn't need to as I am
fairly slim and don't gain weight.. even at 40.. The cost of the
product is quite a lot if you are using it week in week out. I would
be interested to hear from other peeps who have tried it and have
    had success.

I was quite interested in trying AM Sport but not certain about
the differences. The only obvious one would be that the AM Sport
is available from Mark's Online Shop and the AM Sport is available
    from Chemists.
