Well duh, they do it already. You need a government-issued licence to drive anyway. And a standard driving licence covers only certain types of vehicles; not HGVs and buses, for example. All I'm suggesting is making SUVs a separate category.

Yeah, Land Rover makes some nice vehicles. Can't afford one though. I'll stick with the reliability vehicles that I can afford. . . . .Toyota. :)
I dunno, youre probably right, i dont have the figures infront of me, but Mitsubishi is up there with the best of them.
