Lance IS back, but more importantly, so is Michele Bartoli, whom most people thought was permanently lost form the list of Classics winners after his crash in Germany 3 years ago.

All seems to be on track for another "Tour de Lance" in 2002.... ;D
 
Yep, great win for Bartoli. I've seen the race and I have to give the credit to Serguei Ivanov who tried to break away from the group sth like 15 times in the final 10 km (with Bartoli sitting comfortably at the back of the leading group) and still managed to finish second. I saw Ivanov win Tour of Poland some three years ago and I have to say that the guy can climb, can time trial and has not bad finishing skills - good all-rounder. Surely the man to watch in the next couple of seasons.
