During a 75 mile ride yesterday I developed what appears to be tendonitis on the FRONT of my ankle.
I wear Carnacs and thought it may have been the tongue of the shoe, or maybe the way the shoe was
tightened. Nothing else has changed on the bike in the last 10K miles.
Has anyone experienced this before? It a new one for me?!
