Some of you may remember that last year Russell Pinder suffered a
nasty accident in the Brecon Beacons on his MTB and wound up
paralysed.
As a result the Russ Appeal (http://www.russ-appeal.org.uk) was formed
and subsequently ran the Ride for a Flight MTB event.
We raised £25,000 for the Air Ambulance as a result. And this year
we're back.
Ride for a Flight 2004 will be held on the 8th August 2004 at
Checkendon in Reading, we would love to see all of you there. Again

If you can't make it then tell someone else to go, or maybe just send
us a little bit of cash, or how about a lot! If you can make it then
get those face muscles in training for a large amount of smiling.
