My PCV says I'm at 73 Mj for this season. I don't train that much. If that's 73,000 kJ then 177,000 kJ for a whole year isn't unreasonable.

Do you have to create a custom chart in CP to get annual kJ?

i track it outside in an excel spreadsheet:)

243000 kCal in a year (75%cycling,25%skiing+football+ht) measured with Polar 720i, and a 9932 kCal peak one day (a ride of 330kms during 18 hours:)).

According to CyclingPeaks, I did 276,986 kJ of external work in 2005. That was achieved by riding for 346 h 57 min 21 s at an average power of 224 W.

516,000 kJ and 597 hrs .. AP ~240W

But what's more notable ~39,000 TSS pts with avg. IF=0.82 :)
