At present a doctor pays back the cost of his studies by earning more and paying more taxes . So if this law takes effect , they will pay what they are doing now plus another £64000 ! Its only fair if it was made tax deductible., otherwise the poor will get refunds and the rich dont care , so only the middle class gets hurt.
