Hi to everyone..


New to cycling, kind of, i used to cycle about four years ago.Was fiarly fit..Been in the gym around four years and looking to get back into cycling..

SHould I change my eating habits at all?

. At the moment im around 105KGs, 20% bf.Understandably i wil drop a lot of wieght as i get back into the cycling, I'm not concerned about that. My natural wieght is around 88Kgs.( thats wot i was before i started weight training).

How shouuld I start training again, I used to to around 40m a day.

And is this a good enough bike for my needs..
